Refunds for paid promotions
Request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. You may also request a full refund if Hot Springs Local cannot deliver your purchased promotion. After 24 hours, promotions delivered as purchased are nonrefundable.
Submit a private refund request with your promotion title and payment date. Requests are reviewed manually and approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunded promotions are removed from paid placement.

Paid placements are labeled “Sponsored.” Payment never guarantees a favorable review. Featured inventory rotates and is subject to availability. Plan benefits and launch dates will be confirmed before any charge.
Residents browse for free. Businesses pay for promotion; we are not selling prepaid vouchers or taking custody of customer redemption funds in the initial release.
